Cunningham-Waters Construction Company, Inc. is a full service general contracting firm established in 1949. The company specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional building as well as repair, renovation, and structural alteration.

The Company was formed in 1949 by the late H.L. Cunningham and the late B.B. Waters, Jr., P.E. and has practiced general construction in the two Carolinas continuously since that year. We serve a variety of industrial and commercial customers.
